By signing below, you acknowledge that all of the non-public information on the following page concerning this off market property (the “Information”) is Business Sensitive and Confidential, and that public disclosure of the Information would cause Material Economic Harm to New and Modern Group LLC.  You agree that in return for online access to the Information, you will maintain the Information in confidence and will not disclose the Information to any other person or entity.  You agree to use the Information solely for the purpose of evaluation of this off market property for purchase by you. 

 

You further agree not to contact the property owner, tenants or any family members or affiliates of the property owner or tenants, directly or indirectly, and that any questions you may have concerning the off market property will be directed solely to New and Modern Group LLC.  In particular, you agree that you will not solicit or negotiate with the property owner except solely through New and Modern Group.  The terms of this Non-Disclosure Agreement between you and New and Modern Group LLC will continue for a period of two (2) years following execution, without regard to whether you purchase the off market property.     

 

Should you choose to make an offer on this off market property, you agree to grant New and Modern LLC an exclusive right to sell listing of any future structures, subdivisions, apartments, condos or other units erected for seventy two (72) months following the date of the closing of this off-market property. The terms of New and Modern Group's representation shall be negotiated in good faith at the time member seeks to list the future property(s) and shall be based on typical real-estate agent market terms.
